Celebrate God's Faithfulness on the Journey
I cannot tell you how many times the enemy likes to try and steal my joy by allowing doubt or fear of the future to creep in and try and make me forget all the Lord has done in my life. Does this ever happen to you?
You wake up in the morning, breathing the freshness of the day, committed to make good healthy choices, set your day in motion and then a fleeting thought or a past mistake creeps into your mind only to derail you and make you forget how gracious and good God has shown Himself to be.
You are making amazing choices, sure you may have hard moments along the way, but when you look back at how far you have come and what God has revealed to your broken heart, you see His faithfulness and goodness in this journey.
Isn’t it amazing how easily we can often get off course? Don’t forget all God has done, take some time to think about where you were and now where you are at. Maybe you are just beginning the journey. Reflect on how God has brought you to this place of change. Thank Him for goodness. He will finish what He has started. Don’t let defeat creep in and tell you can’t do it. Lean into Jesus and rest in His faithfulness to help you finish what He has started.
