Do you ever crave something sweet but "want" to eat something healthy at the same time? Obviously there is the "Eat another apple" option BUT… sometimes that just doesn't cut it!
Let's face it ... sometimes our inner diva comes out in full force and a simple Chef Salad seems ... plain ... unsophisticated...
Enter Strawberry Vinaigrette!!
This dressing is heavenly and will make your taste buds believe they are enjoying the makings of a renowned chef ... but shockingly ... YOU MADE THIS YOURSELF!
Ingredients:
- 7-8 Strawberries - washed and de-stemmed
- 5 Packets Stevia
- 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 4 Tbsp Water
Directions:
- Blend in a Bullet, or whatever blender you have around. This will foam up a little but that goes away.
Salad Suggestion
Now, to make this salad SOPHISTICATED and something just out of this world, so out of this world you forgot you were also eating healthy ...
- PUT PECANS on that salad...
- And FETA...
- And maybe some grilled chicken...
But seriously… back to those Pecans…. they just combine gloriously with the vinaigrette!!!
