Grace and Strength saves Disney!

Last year, I started Grace & Strength, finished it and then became a coach! Since then, I've started running and have a pretty consistent exercise routine. I totally love my life but never saw how a trip to Disney World would put such a perspective on my "new" way of life. Early February, my hubby and I decided to treat ourselves and our 2 kids to a family vacation to Disney World.

Weight Loss Success Story - Julie's Story

My journey on the Grace & Strength plan started in mid-September of 2012. It has been one of the most life-changing, educational experiences of my life. Let me start by saying that I was a HUGE skeptic. I watched a friend have tremendous success on the program and still had many doubts. One of the challenges I hear from Phase 2 clients often is related to cooking--that cooking within the diet guidelines as well as for the entire family isn't easy.  It can be when you choose recipes like the one below!  Just multiply the ingredients to fit your need! Move It, Move It! Find a Color Run.

Back in August I started my first G&S group, to say that I was excited to walk through this new journey with some of my friends was an understatement. I couldn't wait to see the transformation begin to happen in their lives. After a few weeks some of my girls started talking about running in the ever popular Color Run. Several of the girls were from Florida, so they decided to sign up for the race and run it together.
